1. Digital Product Refunds

  • Eligibility: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase if:
    • Your license key fails to activate (after verification with our support team)
    • You accidentally purchased the wrong product (unused key)
  • Non-Refundable Cases:
    • Activated/used license keys
    • Buyer’s remorse (after key is delivered)
    • Bulk orders (10+ keys)

2. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@businesskeys.com with:
    • Order number
    • Proof of activation failure (screenshot)
  2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with:
    • Troubleshooting steps OR
    • Refund approval

3. Processing Refunds

  • Timeline: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Method: Refunded to original payment provider
  • Exceptions: Bank transfers may take 7-10 days

4. Physical Products (if applicable)

  • Unopened hardware may be returned within 30 days
  • Customer covers return shipping
