1. Digital Product Refunds
- Eligibility: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase if:
- Your license key fails to activate (after verification with our support team)
- You accidentally purchased the wrong product (unused key)
- Non-Refundable Cases:
- Activated/used license keys
- Buyer’s remorse (after key is delivered)
- Bulk orders (10+ keys)
2. How to Request a Refund
- Email support@businesskeys.com with:
- Order number
- Proof of activation failure (screenshot)
- Our team will respond within 24 hours with:
- Troubleshooting steps OR
- Refund approval
3. Processing Refunds
- Timeline: 3-5 business days after approval
- Method: Refunded to original payment provider
- Exceptions: Bank transfers may take 7-10 days
4. Physical Products (if applicable)
- Unopened hardware may be returned within 30 days
- Customer covers return shipping
5. Warranty Claims
All keys include 90-day functionality warranty. Contact support for:
